Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Elevate the visibility of our software through digital channels like websites, social media, and online marketplaces, crafting impactful promotional strategies.
- Customer Development: Proactively engage and acquire potential clients via webinars, virtual networking, and online platforms, maintaining strong, long-term relationships through digital communication.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement both online and offline sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, tracking progress through CRM systems and digital tools.
- Online Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from first interaction to post-sale support, facilitating product integration with customer platforms.
- After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing online support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, addressing concerns through digital channels.
- Market Feedback & Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback from online customer interactions, using digital data to assist in optimizing products and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to clearly articulate product benefits in virtual and in-person settings, with strong listening skills to address client needs.
- Online Sales Expertise: Proven experience in online sales processes, with a solid grasp of e-commerce, lead generation, and digital marketing tools to drive conversions.
- Customer Engagement: Strong experience managing relationships through digital channels (email, live chat, social media) and delivering responsive support.
- Market Insight & Data Analysis: A deep understanding of market trends with the ability to use data to identify new opportunities.
- Customer-Focused: Committed to resolving customer issues through online support and ensuring successful product integration.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Quick to learn new software and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced online sales environment.
- Proven Sales Record: A track record of consistently achieving sales targets, especially through online platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software sales, especially through online channels.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, online coordination, and digital sales tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies to improve visibility and drive sales would be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
