SEO & User Growth Analyst

As an SEO and User Growth Analyst at Tycheverse, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence by implementing strategic SEO techniques. Your primary goal will be to drive organic traffic and accelerate user growth across various digital channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure that SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts, helping to maximize our visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush, providing insights to improve SEO and user experience.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
  • Optimize content for SEO, working with content creators to ensure proper use of keywords, meta tags, and structure.
  • Monitor and report on organic traffic, user growth, and SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure website structure, speed, and technical SEO are optimized for search engines.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain high rankings.
  • Develop strategies to drive user growth across various digital platforms, optimizing for conversion and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Experience with content optimization and link-building strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
